1Money-back Guarantee

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased our service directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you are eligible to receive a full refund if you did not get visible results with AmoryAI, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period;
You have used AmoryAI for the minimum required period:
- Monthly or longer plans: at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase
- 4-week plans: at least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days after purchase
- Weekly or biweekly plans: at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase
You are able to demonstrate that you have actively used the service.

We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) whether your request is approved.

2Exclusions

Important: The Money-back Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Personal reasons: You don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations, or similar subjective grounds.
Financial reasons: You did not expect to be charged, that the trial would convert into a subscription, that the subscription would automatically renew, or that the services are paid.

3General Refund Rules

If you do not meet the Money-back Guarantee conditions above, fees you have paid are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.

Note for US Residents (California & Connecticut)

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Note for EU Residents

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of the agreement.

      Consent to immediate performance: The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
    

4Exercise of Withdrawal Right

Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email) to:
